We mixed the iconic Ahali plates with the treasures from the Aegean sea and soil, on a magical pier that gives the opportunity to watch the sun and moonrise at the same time, passing through the artichoke fields. We produce all our ingredients in a location that facilitates access to the freshest products, knowing which fields and waters they come from. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, we raise our glasses to the sunset with drinks that we pair individually with the plates on our menu every season.
